Categories enable you to organize your Nuggets and bring display options on the page.
Dealing with categories is just simple. You define them by just giving names, you can modify category names or you can delete them.
You can use the categories for various reasons.
To organize your Nuggets. If you have dozens or maybe hundreds of Nuggets, then it's a better practice to distribute them to categories.
To filter nuggets for displaying on "The Funnel". For example, in some pages you may wish to display Nuggets from a specific category.
To access the "Categories" list, navigate to the Management Center, and then click Categories.

Here you can edit any category by just clicking on them.
If you want to define a new category, see Add / Edit Category. As the usual DotNetNuke practice, you can delete a category from Add / Edit Category again.
Creating Categories is optional. You can run all module activities without categories.
